Equity PD Planning Document
To leverage the knowledge of the existing equity team at Conn, I created a virtual PD planning document that allowed all E-Team members to contribute their thoughts around the planned professional development that would be provided to staff. The E-Team had been working on their own for a year and was now ready to lead PD for the entire staff. This document was a space for us to collaborate, on their time, and make decisions prior to our final meeting. At the bottom of the document, E-team members were able to reflect on what they liked and suggest changes. This allowed members to have ownership over the planned PD session and they became extremely involved in the activities on the day PD was delivered, showcasing their knowledge and leadership. |
